Purchases of the audiobook are processed through Gumroad. Purchases of the Kindle eBook and paperback are processed through Amazon KDP. Sara Durães does not directly process or store your payment card details; these are handled entirely by Gumroad and Amazon under their own respective terms and privacy policies.

When you purchase Survive in Portugal (in any format), you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

The audiobook is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, email learn@saraduraes.com and you will be refunded, no questions asked. Kindle and paperback purchases are subject to Amazon's own return and refund policies, as they are sold and fulfilled directly by Amazon.
